By installing,copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using this software, you accept all terms and conditions of this agreement. This is a legal agreement between the end user (the "licensee") and Soft-Central for SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition otherwise noted below as "the Software". If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, you must remove SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. Installing and using SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
1 Grant of license
1.1 Software product: Soft-Central grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on any computer/computers owned by the licensee for the number of computers purchased from Soft-Central. The licensee may make one copy solely for backup and archival purposes. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement the licensee may not otherwise make copies of the software or the printed material accompanying therewith.
Unregistered copies of the Software may not be installed or used without a valid license of Soft-Central.
2 Limitations
All rights of any kind in SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Soft-Central. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on, SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition, nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not make access to SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor permit anyone else to do so.
3 Limitation of Liability
SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition, and all accompanying software, files, data and materials, are distributed and provided ôas isö and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of SC-DiskInfo Corporate Edition.
